If I start a monthly subscription, is it just for one month or will it renew automatically?
- Your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel it.
- Your plan’s tokens reset every month. When your plan renews, your plan token balance is set back to your plan’s monthly allowance.
- Unused plan tokens don’t roll over. Any plan tokens left at the end of the month expire. For e.g. if your plan includes 10,000 tokens a month and you have 1,200 left when it renews, you start the new month with 10,000 tokens, not 11,200.
- Tokens you buy as a top-up are kept separately from your plan tokens and don’t expire. Your plan tokens are used first, then your top-up tokens.
- For AppSumo users, your tokens will refresh to 1000 or 2600 tokens depending on Tier.

No, you just have to pay the remaining amount i.e. the difference amount of existing plan and the plan you are upgrading to.
